Account Deletion

If you have created a Fameally account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Delete from inside the app

Open Fameally and go to Account and tap on Delete Account when signed in.

Delete through a web request

If you cannot access the app, email edwardjamesnickless@outlook.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Fameally Account Deletion Request.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account access will be removed.
  • Your saved content, including meal plans, shopping lists, methods/recipes, and library items, will be deleted or anonymised.
  • Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google and may need to be cancelled separately through your app store account settings.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

Timing

We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request.
