- App issue Tell us what happened, what you expected, your app version, device model, and iOS or Android version.
- Account or sign-in help Contact us from the email address linked to your Fameally account where possible.
- Subscriptions Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We can still help explain where to manage your subscription.
- Privacy or data request Use the same support email and include the request type in the subject line.
